How commercial work is priced
Every site is different, so commercial cleaning is quoted per premises rather than by the hour. I'll come and look at the space, ask what you need covering and how often, and give you a fixed monthly figure.
There's no lock-in contract. If it isn't working, tell me and we'll stop — I'd rather keep clients because they want to stay.

Can you clean outside our working hours?
Yes. Most commercial work is done early morning or after you close, so your team walks into a clean space and nobody is working around a vacuum.
Do you hold keys and set alarms?
Yes, where you want me to. Keys are kept locked and labelled with a code rather than your address, and I will follow whatever alarm and access procedure you set.
How are we invoiced?
Monthly, in arrears, on standard payment terms. No lock-in and no long contract.
Are you insured for commercial premises?
Yes. I carry public liability insurance and can send the certificate through before we start, which most business clients ask for.

Small to medium sites — village halls, small offices, surgeries, salons, pubs and business park units. I am a local operator, not a national contractor, so I take on what I can look after properly.
